TERMS AND CONDITIONS

US SALES

Terms are cash with order or major credit card.  Purchase orders are acceptable only on prior approval, purchase order sales are net 30 days, FOB shipping point, shipping and handling prepaid and added to the invoice.  Orders that are prepaid by check will be shipped free to addresses within the US contiguous states.  Unless otherwise instructed, we ship UPS ground service, therefore, street addresses are required.  Expedited or special instruction shipments are at an additional cost, call for estimate. 

INTERNATIONAL SALES

All transactions are in US funds.  Payment must be by credit card, international money order, or check drawn on a US Bank (on US soil).  Prepaid international orders must include shipping and handling, call or write for shipping costs.  Unless otherwise instructed, Canadian shipments will be by UPS.  Other countries must indicate preferred shipping method.

MINIMUM ORDER

Minimum order is $15.00.  Orders for less than $15.00 will be increased to $15.00 plus shipping and handling. 

RETURN POLICY

Since recordings are easily copied we will NOT accept returns without prior authorization.  Our authorization number must be clearly marked on the outside of returned packages.  A 20% restocking fee will be levied on returned items unless they are defective.  Custom compact discs are not returnable unless defective.   Defective recordings must be returned within six months of invoice date.

PROPER CARE

Compact discs will not degrade in quality if they are properly handled and stored.  To prevent degradation of compact discs, return discs to their original case after each use and store in a cool, dry area.  DO NOT LEAVE DISCS IN CD PLAYER.

Shipping & Handling

Shipping & Handling charges are based on the total price of your order.   Shipping to AK, HI, or Canada, add $10.00 to the prices listed in the Shipping & Handling Chart for Continental US. For shipping costs to other countries, please write, call, fax or email for exact shipping and handling costs.

Missouri Sales Tax

If your Bill To address and/ or your Ship To address is within the state of Missouri, you will be charged 8.425% Missouri Sales Tax.  If the organization is tax exempt, please fax a tax exemption certificate prior to ordering.

Indiana Sales Tax

If your Bill To address or your Ship To address is within the state of Indiana, you will be charged 7% Indiana Sales Tax.  If the organization is tax exempt, please fax a tax exemption certificate prior to ordering.
